The Last Jew in Afghanistan is Committed to Staying

This week in Kitah Zayin, we watched this Radio Free Europe/ Radio Liberty video about Zablon Simintov, the last Jew in Kabul, Afghanistan.

We then asked students, what is more important to them and why:
staying committed to tradition and to your country or being a part of a Jewish community?

Your seventh grader offered some great insights. Share your thoughts together!
